Tucked away in a small North Cotswold hamlet, Graziers Cottage offers the experience of staying in a traditional Cotswold home while enjoying modern comforts. Over 300 years old and full of character, the cottage has a cosy inglenook fireplace with wood burner and a pretty enclosed garden for slow mornings or relaxed evenings outside. While the cottage keeps all its historic charm, it’s been thoughtfully updated with fast WiFi, underfloor heating in key areas and well-equipped spaces for a relaxed stay. Like many Cotswold villages, homes here are occasionally refreshed and cared for. At the moment, a neighbouring cottage is undergoing renovation, with scaffolding in place nearby. Work takes place on weekdays (8:30 am–4 pm) and is generally modest, so it shouldn’t get in the way of slow mornings, evenings by the fire, or days spent out exploring. To reflect this period, all stays until the end of June include a 10% reduction. Enjoy an easy self-check-in with a key safe for flexible arrival times. Other things to note ☛ There’s currently some renovation work taking place at a neighbouring cottage, which is visible from outside due to scaffolding. Work is limited to weekdays (8:30am–4pm), and while it’s generally low-level, you may notice some activity during those hours. A 10% reduction has been applied to stays until the end of June to reflect this. ☛ To ensure comfort for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a pet-free environment. ☛ The cottage is unsuitable for parties. ☛ Infants: We can host one infant in a travel cot due to space and safety limitations. ☛ Location: The cottage is beside a road – quiet at night but not 100% silent during the day. ☛ Bikes: Please store bikes in the lockable garden (bring your own padlocks/covers); bikes aren’t allowed inside the cottage. ☛ Parking: 2 spaces in a communal gravel car park, about 30m from the cottage (not gated). No EV charging points. ☛ Vehicles: Caravans, campervans, motorhomes, and trailers cannot be parked due to the narrow entrance and limited space.
