Nice and new apartment in a gated community safe area, has a lovely pool and terrace you can use to relax in our Manzanillo’s warm weather, close to convenience stores, with AC in every room plus cable TV / internet makes this a perfect place for holidays / home office. NOTE: please note that Pool and common areas are closed until further notice. (When covid semaphore is back to GREEN). The space The apartment has two bead rooms, each with two double beds, closets and AC in the living room you also have AC, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a full set of dishes / pots to prepare your food. Many restaurants nearby in case you feel like going out. Shared space with other few apartments is the clean and new pool and terrace. Guest access Pool and terrace can be used by our guests.
