Light-flooded apartment with a fantastic view over the North Palatinate. Culture, nature, enjoyment - Germany's largest wine-growing areas are right outside the door, the surroundings invite you to hike, cycle or simply "just" walk. The view from the panoramic windows reveals, which is why the area is also known as "Tuscany of Germany". The rural idyll offers space for relaxation and deceleration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space The apartment with over 100 m² can accommodate 8 people. It has three bedrooms with king and queen size double bed as well as two bunk beds, so it offers enough space for an extended family or two families, for hiking enthusiasts etc. The spacious living/dining area is completely open, it can be eaten there, played or simply "just" relaxed. The view from the panoramic window invites you to linger, the vastness of the hilly landscape is very impressive, especially in the morning. The adjacent kitchen is equipped and can of course be fully used. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, the toilet is separate – both are provided with towels. Guest access The main entrance of the house leads through a porch via a short staircase directly to the apartment on the upper floor, which is completely available to guests (with the exception of a small pantry). Other things to note Since Covid19, I have a hygiene concept for the entire living space that is also available in the property.
