Light-flooded apartment with fantastic views over the Northern Palatinate. Experience culture, nature, enjoyment - Germany's largest wine-growing areas are right outside the door, the surroundings invite you to hike, cycle or simply "just" take a walk. The view from the panoramic windows reveals why the area is also known as the "Tuscany of Germany". The rural idyll offers space for relaxation and deceleration far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space The apartment with over 100 m² offers space for 8 people. It has three bedrooms with king and queen size double beds as well as two bunk beds, thus offering enough space for a large family or two families, for hiking friends, etc. The spacious living/dining area is completely open, you can eat, play or simply "just" relax there. The view from the panoramic window invites you to linger, the expanse of the hilly landscape is very impressive, especially in the morning. The adjoining kitchen is equipped and can of course be used completely. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, the toilet is separate – both are provided with towels. Guest access The main entrance of the house leads through a vestibule via a short staircase directly into the apartment located on the raised ground floor, which is completely available to guests (with the exception of a small pantry). Other things to note Since Covid19, I have had a hygiene concept for the entire living space, which is also available in the accommodation. In the kitchen there is a Senseo coffee machine, but there is also the possibility to brew filter coffee.
