Other things to note The SOUTH side of Broadkill Beach, where our beach house is situated, boasts significantly fewer homes than the NORTH side. If a bustling beach scene is your preference, the North side of Broadkill might be worth considering. On the other hand, if privacy is what you seek or you'd rather avoid large crowds, the SOUTH side would be the ideal choice.
