Our home has been designed for both indoor and outdoor living that Arizona is so well known for. We have everything you need to enjoy both spaces; 4 bedrooms that accommodate up to 8 guests, quiet work space for those who plan to mix business with pleasure, private pool (fully gated for safety), comfortable outdoor living furniture for visiting or lounging, outdoor pool table, putting green and turf, fire pit and table games, and "smart home" features such as Nest thermostat, keypad entry, Roku, and outdoor security cameras for everyone's safety. Our pool has the option of being heated in the winter and cooled in the summer! Both options may be added up to 48 hours prior to your arrival for an additional $40 per day for the duration of your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to accommodate your cooking, baking, & BBQing needs. But first start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio and hopefully you will be joined by a few desert bunnies (who also enjoy the quiet and cool mornings on the patio). Guest access The home is all yours, enjoy your stay. We have provided private gated parking on the side of the home in addition to plenty of driveway parking. Your check-in instructions prior to arrival will include your code for entry to the home. Our home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 101 loop. You will have quick access to everything including Scottsdale (30-40 min), Sedona (just under 2 hours), Tucson (2 hours), & Flagstaff (2 hours) for fun day getaways. Other things to note We are sure you will enjoy our home and all it has to offer. Please make sure you take time to review our house rules prior to confirming your booking. We do not allow parties, pets or smoking at our home. Our home has fabulous space and is fully equipped for guest comfort. We recommend heating the pool during your stay if you are visiting between October 1 thru end of May because the evenings cool the water considerably. Heating the pool is $40 per day and doesn't need to be decided until a few days prior to your arrival. Please note that access to the mailbox is not available. Please do not have anything sent to the mailbox. We have smart TVs throughout the home for guest to log into personal streaming services for viewing.
