Mallard Cottage is an architect-designed barn, overlooking a beautiful lake. Situated on a country lane, yet just ten minutes from the vibrant city of Lincoln with its heritage, boutique shopping and nightlife, it maintains the very attractive rural exterior with its own large private garden with hot tub, outdoor hot shower and barbecue. There are three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor and all individually designed, each with an en-suite. The space The stylish open plan interior is spacious, warm and designed in a contemporary style for your comfort and relaxation. There is underfloor heating and the sofas are deep and comfortable. The dining table easily seats six and the kitchen area has everything you need from washing machine and tumble dryer to drinks cooler. There are three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor, each with an en-suite. We are a family enterprise and live nearby.
