Ocean View House Monterey Bay

My place is clean, remodeled, & sunny with lots of parking space. Close to great views, restaurants, & beaches. It’s about a 5-minute walk to a shopping center & a short drive to Monterey, Carmel, & 17-mile-drive. Weather is moderate around 60’s & 70’s, AC is not needed. The space Four rooms available Two futons in the sun room Guest access Guests are welcome to the open space. Unfortunately, the garage is a non-guest access, but our driveway has ample space for multiple cars (and if necessary, street parking is available). Other things to note —Jacuzzi is out of order —No AC —TVs do not receive local channels/cable (Living Room and Master Bedroom TV has Netflix) —Soap dispensers in the Kitchen are both filled with dishwashing soap —Please do not open sunroom Shades (they’re old and will fall apart) —The sunroom can get very hot, even with the windows open, however, the rest of the house should be fairly cool —If you move any furniture, please return it where you found it at the end of your stay
