It features a large sectional sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, and a fireplace, great for relaxing after a ski day. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a group. It includes granite countertops, a full oven, and an island with bar seating for three. Right next to it, the dining area has a table for six, perfect for family meals or game nights. Backyard & Exterior Out back, there’s a spacious deck and a fully fenced backyard, shared with the basement tenant. It’s ideal for enjoying fresh mountain air, grilling, or letting kids and pets play safely. Driveway parking makes access easy, even in winter months. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, closet, desk, and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, and desk great for working or relaxing. Bedroom 3 (Kids’ Room): Two bunk beds, perfect for siblings or groups with children. All rooms are thoughtfully set up with storage and natural light. Bathrooms & Laundry Primary ensuite: Walk-in shower + essentials. Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combo and in unit laundry. Ideal for longer stays or ski trips. Parking: Facing the home, was ask that you park on the LEFT side of the driveway, as the basement tenant needs to be able to access the garage.
