Apartment I (40 sqm with balcony south side) The space The 40 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and was completely renovated in 2017. You have a wonderful view of meadows and fields of the Rottal from the balcony to the south side. In addition, you have a wonderful view of the "Bella Vista" golf park from the breakfast table. The separate living and sleeping area with separate kitchen is furnished in a cozy country house style. A warm "Greetings God" in our Landhaus Müller in Bad Birnbach. Our house is located only 800 meters from the Rottal Terme (10 minutes walk) and also right next to the golf park "Bella Vista" (90 meters to tee 1) on the western edge of the spa area. The three completely newly renovated non-smoking holiday apartments with cozy country house furnishings offer you separate living room and bedroom and invite you to a relaxing stay with warm Bavarian hosts. All apartments are between 40 and 55 square meters in size, have a balcony to the south or east side. They are well equipped, I'm sure you won't lack anything. We are happy to offer you bread service or, if desired, a rich breakfast. They also get homemade jams, chutneys and juices from our own garden. We have bicycles for you to rent or even enough space to leave your brought bikes or golf bags.
