A short 5 min walk to the beach, eateries, and bars while secluded in total privacy. Half way between the Airport and Old San Juan! It has back up power generator and WIFI. The space This is a beautifully remodeled apartment located in the second floor. Furnished with a queen sized bed and a comfortable daybed for 2. We have a small kitchenette with plates and utensils so you can feel at home. The apartment can easily and comfortably fit 4. You can easily have a 5 minute walk to one of the best beach in the metro area, Ocean Park beach. Guest access This cozy apartment has a private balcony where guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. It also has: Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Coffee making facilities and first come first serve parking spaces. It also has an external shower which is perfect after a day at the beach. Other things to note 1- Casa Ocean is located in Ismael Rivera St., Ocean Park, San Juan. It is just a 5-8 minutes drive from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. It is conveniently located within easy access to the renowned Loíza and Mcleary Streets and within walking distance to Ocean Park (3-4 mins) and Último Trolley Beaches (5-6 mins). 2 - This unit is an independent apartment within a four apartment floor. Our guests must be conscious of this during their stay and keep noise to a minimum at all times. As always, we DO NOT allow loud, disruptive behavior and ask that all guests observe quiet hours at all times. This is not the apartmentfor you if you are looking to have a party or bring the party back with you. Registered, paying guests only. 3 - Parking spaces are on a “first come - first serve basis”. If parking is not available you can park on the street except on the yellow and blue lines. 4- Guests do not have access to the washer/dryer in the house. Although there is a laundromat within a 3 minute walk. 5- There are stairs. This unit is on the second floor.
