We Pride Ourselves on Executive Level Vacation Rental Experience We require brief communication prior to accepting a booking including details about your group & any pets. Lake view from living room & primary bedroom. You'll love our large gourmet kitchen, 2 king beds, full size washer/dryer, private garage & parking stall , ensuite, double bunks top & bottom with stairs, tvs for ALL beds & 65" in living room. We're pet friendly (on approval only). You'll be amazed at how well stocked we are! The space Welcome to our vacation townhouse, located by the beautiful Osoyoos Lake, the warmest freshwater Lake in Canada! Our unit is located second from the end, towards the quiet, East-end side of the complex. Our roomy 1600 sq ft townhouse with 9’ ceilings, faces south & has a spectacular view of Osoyoos Lake which is surrounded by the Anarchist Mountains (on the East side) and the Monashee mountains (on the West side), nestled amongst orchards and vineyards. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a single car garage and the finished features include granite countertops, tiled & hardwood flooring. We are ALMOST fully equipped; just bring your personal items, food and drinks. We installed a brand new heat pump, May 2022. YES, WE HAVE A/C! Our motto… We Pride Ourselves on Executive Level Vacation Rental Experience. ENTRY: You’ll be let inside by using the electronic door lock. You will be given your own private code, prior to check-in. It will be deleted upon check-out. There is a full-length mirror & bench seat by the front door. You can place your car keys on the small shelf. In the entry closet, you’ll find beach towels, pet towels, some pet supplies in a bin, binoculars, two yoga mats, an umbrella, shoe horn, lint brushes, BBQ tools & a few other things. You’ll also find an IKEA high chair for our guests with little ones. KITCHEN: There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter bar, as well as newer stainless-steel appliances. We are well-equipped with everything you need for cooking (and even baking if the mood strikes you). You’ll find a regular coffee maker and a Keurig with a small handful of pods, crock pot, rice cooker and even an electric wine opener to name a few items. You'll find plastic dishes/cutlery for our young guests. For supplies, we have everything from coffee /decaf, teas/decaf, soya sauce, olive oil, a spice rack, Tupperware, Ziploc bags, toothpicks, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, hand lotion, sanitizer and more. You'll find coffee grounds in the freezer for the drip coffee maker. There's even USB ports in the kitchen. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with how well stocked we are throughout the unit! USE WHAT YOU NEED, LEAVE WHAT YOU DON’T is our house rule. Use our supplies for your stay only. Please don't abuse this courtesy. DINING ROOM: You’ll find a large spacious table, comfortable seating for 8 guests. There are various board games (in the bunk room), puzzles, a deck of cards, dice and books to read if you so desire. LIVING ROOM: You'll find a comfy sectional sofa (comfortably seats 5-6 people) & large ottoman, with area rug in the living room. There is also updated lamps & a 65" smart tv. You can watch our NETFLIX channel. There is a small desk & chair in front of one of the living room’s windows (useful for guests who work on their computer from home/vacation). We have even added USB ports in the living room too. Open the lid to the ottoman & you will find a couch cover used to protect the couch from pets who like to lounge on the couch & our young messy guests who love to eat on the couch. From the windows & patio door, you will see Osoyoos lake! PRIVATE PATIO: Relax on our patio with a glass of your favorite Okanagan wine while enjoying the gorgeous Osoyoos Lake view and our resort’s 300 feet of private beachfront. We have a natural gas Weber BBQ (no propane tanks needed) with BBQ tools for you to use and enjoy while making memorable summertime meals for the family. Our patio has a table with umbrella and seating for 8 guests. BEDROOMS: In both the primary and secondary bedrooms, king size beds with 55" smart tvs, linens, dressers, lamps and night tables were replaced and black-out curtains were added. Every night stand has a USB port. The PRIMARY BEDROOM is on your right, upstairs. Open the balcony door between the two large windows which look out onto Osoyoos Lake and walk out onto the balcony & relax at the table with seating for two. The SECOND BEDROOM is on the opposite side of the unit. You will have a view of the parking lot where the inner courtyard is with the swimming pool and hot tub. For parents with little ones, you’ll find a “pack and play” in the closet to use if needed as well as an ironing board. Both bedrooms have a closet & luggage rack, king size beds with plush headboard, complete with linens & duvet. The night stands have new lamps, USB ports and a brand new 55” tv. THIRD BEDROOM WITH BUNK BEDS: There’s a skylight in the bunkbed room which brings in the natural Okanagan light. A cover is installed over the skylight to keep from overheating the room. There is a fan in the corner of the room to help with air circulation in the hot summer months. The bunk beds are double on the bottom AND top. No ladder, it has stairs up to the top bunk. The top bunk has a 24" smart tv and 32" smart tv installed in the bottom bunk, as well as USB ports and reading lights for both bunk beds. Under the bottom bunk are 2 drawers to hold clothing, and a 4-hook holder is installed behind the door. A large mirror is secured beside the door, included are linens. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms have hand soap & hand lotion at the sink. There is shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both showers. In the ENSUITE, you'll find double sinks, a Waterpik with an updated curved shower curtain rod in the bathtub/shower for more shower space. In the UPSTAIRS MAIN BATHROOM, there’s a neo-angle shower with Waterpik. Both bathrooms have white towels & face cloths ( some grey ones for make-up removal), makeup pads & Q-tips. We've added bathrobe hooks and a wall-mounted magnifying beauty mirror to the wall. You’ll find a blow dryer, straightening iron, curling iron, extra toothbrushes, & tampons under the sink, & a few other extras. At the entrance to the townhouse, the POWDER ROOM is on your left with new hand towels and a first-aid-kit under the sink. WASHING MACHINE & DRYER: We have installed a front load, energy-efficient, full-size washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry closet. There is laundry detergent, softener, bleach, stain remover, Oxi-clean powder and Bounce sheets for you to use. You’ll also find an iron, steam iron and ironing board if needed. PRIVATE PARKING & PRIVATE GARAGE: We have a private parking spot labeled #119 which is located across the parking lot from our unit, about a 10 second walk from our front door. You can also use the single car garage. In the garage, we have installed a quiet belt-driven electric garage opener. There are little kid’s chairs in the garage, pails & shovels and a few random pool toys/pool noodles, as well as a pump to blow up your pool toys. OUR RESORT AMENITIES… Our friendly ON-SITE MANAGER Mellisa can assist you, should you have any issues or concerns. Office hours is 10 am to 5 pm. As our guests, you have access to our HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB in the enclosed area with sun umbrellas and loungers (Open May long weekend until Thanksgiving in October). Our resort has PRIVATE 300' LAKE ACCESS/BEACH with a large grassy area, sandy bays for kids to play in, & a roped off swimming area for our guests' safety. I will provide you the code to the private beach one week before check-in. Our resort has a PRIVATE BOAT DOCK with boat slips. (No buoy moorage allowed anywhere along the resort's beach front areas). Contact management at the front desk and ask for availability: boat slip rental is paid to management. WE'RE PET FRIENDLY: We're dog lovers & pet parents, therefore our townhouse is pet friendly to well-mannered, house-trained dogs. DOGS ARE PERMITTED ON APPROVAL ONLY (sorry, no cats). Pets must be spayed/neutered & have their current vaccinations, including their rabies shots. Please note that pets are not permitted on the common grass area behind the townhouses. There is a dog park at Goodman Park (west of our private beach) where you can let your pets off leash & do their business. Guest access The code to the townhouse will be changed by the cleaner later that afternoon, shortly before your check-in time. She will change it to the last four digits of the phone number you have on file. Please be sure to only park in stall #119 or the garage (small to medium size vehicles). Other things to note Please note that this is a FAMILY FRIENDLY resort & units are in close proximity to one another. Please be respectful of your neighbors & the quiet time rule. We are Pet friendly, however if you plan to bring your pet (sorry, no cats), we charge a pet fee of $100 plus GST for the first pet and $50 plus GST for the second pet.
