Private home ready for guests, quiet neighborhood

I am located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local areas. I am 47 miles from Track Town in Eugene, 4 miles from OSU, 45 miles from beautiful Newport on the Oregon Coast, 6 miles from downtown Corvallis, and 2 miles from Main Street Philomath. There are several wineries and brew pubs within a 15 mile radius. The space Guests will have a private bedroom with a pillow top queen bed. Access to a full bathroom one door down the hallway exclusively for guests. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, shared living room, family room and dining room. You can enjoy the front yard, front porch, backyard and my beautiful patio. During your stay I live here and love to interact with guests if desired. I will also offer you as much privacy as you’d like. I have a great selection of games and puzzles, you can stream something on the TV in the guest room, or head outside to read, have a glass of your favorite drink- there is ample outdoor seating. Other things to note I have an extra refrigerator and freezer in my garage for guest access. I will have coffee and tea available every morning. If you’d enjoy a prepared breakfast for the small additional cost of $8 per person, let me know at least 2 days in advance, and include any dietary needs or food allergies. You can pay cash or Venmo me. I have a list of local wineries, restaurants, and coffee places available. If interested there are 7 churches within 5 miles.
