Inside, Villa Evmaria is set over 2 floors, the upper floor houses a large lounge with adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, one en-suite to the double bedrooms. The rooms have wide windows offering sensational unobstructed views to the sea. Panoramic, furnished terraces run around the upper floor and are perfect for a relaxing drink or some extra relaxation. The lower floor is occupied by a self-contained suite for 2 guests (the beds are twin but can be joined into a double if required) and en-suite bathroom. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and have been carefully designed to enjoy most of the light and views that Greece fan offer. Yes, because Villa Evmaria is truly “Greece at its finest” and will not disappoint even the most demanding guests. Outside, Villa Evmaria offers to its guests extensive gardens with secular olive trees, shrubs and flowers. A large, private swimming pool (measuring 30 sqm) will be the highlight of long days under the shining Greek sun. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and is beautifully lit at night. Once again, the views are literally to die for! Guests also have at their full disposal a beautiful outdoor kitchen with oven/barbecue perfect for delicious meals under the shade of the tall trees while enjoying the views of the boats passing by. For extra comfort, an outdoor shower is available by the poolside. Private parking is also available. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
