Villa Diamante is a rental house facing the sea holiday directly on the beach of Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. It`s on the beach of Campomarino, on a private street that ends at the beach. The two-floor holiday home is modern and functional. Doors and windows are protected by gratings. It is possible to park one car in the property. On the raised ground floor there is a big terrace with an amazing view on the sea and crystal balustrade, a big living room with kitchen and glass walls, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the basement there are a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom with shower. There is a furnished outdoor area with table and chairs. This floor is reachable from the inner garden or from the outside. In the inner garden there are the access to the beach, 3 outdoor shower with hot water and 2 laundry areas. Moreover, it is possible to leave sea equipments and canoes or inflatables. The surroundings of Villa Diamante Villa Diamante is a prestige villa on the Blue Flag awardedbeach of Campomarino, on the Apulian Ionian coast. The city centre, which is part of Maruggio, is within walking distance. The most beautiful and famous beaches, such as the ones inPorto Cesareo, are 20 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Just small size pets are allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 112 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). It is located right on Campomarino beach at the end of a private road that ends on the beach. Modern and functional, the vacation home is built in two floors. Windows and doors are protected by grills. An outdoor parking spot is available. Upstairs there is a large terrace shaded by a cooler, with wonderful sea view with crystal balustrade that does not interrupt it. From the terrace, through the large windows, you enter a large living room with kitchen, and from here to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the basement there is a living room with a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, plus a second bathroom, shower. The outdoor space is furnished with a table with chairs. The floor is accessible both from the indoor garden and directly from the outside. Through the internal garden you can directly access the beach and outdoor services (3 showers with hot water and 2 washers); there is a comfortable space to leave the sea equipment and any canoes / canoes.
