This condo in a historic downtown building is everything you imagine when you think of Savannah, in the heart of the Historic District. Walkable to everything. Gourmet kitchen, private balcony, central HVAC, cable & wifi. City SVR-00420 The space This condo is a 3rd floor walk up in a secure building in Savannah's Historic District. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. The bathroom is equally accessible to both bedrooms. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. Do not access the back stairwell, use the front stairs to come & go. Must be able to walk up stairs (3rd floor unit). Other things to note Please be cautious if you access the private balcony. The railing is original to this historic building and is lower than modern railings. Do NOT lean on railing or windows. No parties or loud groups If you have a car, you will be parking at meters. It is very easy to find a spot. They must be paid for 8am-5pm Mon-Friday. Nights and weekends are free on this block but street sweep signs must be honored. Meter/Numbered parking spots are best handled using the ParkSavannah app or visiting the Parking Services site/office for other options
