Bright & Cozy Downtown Suite

Welcome to this charming 2 bedroom suite located in the heart of Weyburn, a peaceful rural town in SE Sask. Centrally located within walking distance to the fairgrounds (baseball diamonds, rink, curling rink, walking trail), downtown and across the street from the hospital (hopefully just in passing). The suite offers a cozy, comfortable space for up to four guests — ideal for families, couples, or working professionals looking for a relaxed home base and a touch of calm during their stay. The space Stepping inside the suite featuring two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other bedroom with a queen size bed. New duvet covers and a variety of pillows will ensure a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a sofa, armchair, and a smart TV that you can access your favorite streaming platform (Netflix, Prime, etc.) Perfect for cozying up with a good book or enjoying a movie night. A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, microwave, toaster and most importantly a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee seated on the deck just off the kitchen that overlooks the backyard (when it's not -40° in January). Guest access Long term stays will have access to the laundry room which also has a freezer. Please keep in mind that this is the only shared space within the house with the host (located in the basement). Other things to note Cable tv not provided - my apologies during NHL playoffs! You might hear a little traffic now and then - city probs, even in Weyburn! But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with complimentary earplugs for a peaceful sleep. Before you head over, please complete the check-in process. It walks you through everything you’ll need to get inside smoothly (no guessing games or lockbox struggles, promise). The bungalow consists of 2 suites that are completely separated. The backyard is a shared space with the host. You will have your own upper deck with seating to enjoy your morning coffee/evening adult juice. Feel free to explore the small yard in the summer months or fire up the BBQ.
