To our knowledge working hours are between 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and may cause a noise disruption, however, we are unaware of a completion date at this time. - Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher, for extra cleaning services during your stay contact our Customer Experience team and we'd be happy to arrange them for you for an additional fee. - Please note that this home does not have AC or a dishwasher. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - We no longer have bikes available at this property. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. - The bathroom is equipped with a clawfoot tub.
