Luxury apartment with big terrace first sea line

The apartment is 110m2 and is located directly in front of two beaches and a marina in a very calm and quiet building. It has a large terrace of 37m2 and a balcony of 7m2. All rooms have large windows with panoramic views of the sea, the beach, the marina and the promenade. It is very comfortable and has been lovingly decorated and renovated. The mattresses are new. It is located in a residential complex and it is requested not to make noise from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. The space The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bed is 1.80. The second bedroom has a bed of 1.50 and the third one of 1.35. There is another bathroom and a toilet. The living room overlooks both terraces and we have Netflix and 300Mb symmetric fiber Wi-Fi in the house! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, etc. Apart from the house towels, we provide beach towels and an umbrella.
