Casa Bougainvilla is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from Carvoeiro town centre and beach. With more than 1000m2 including a large pool and lots of grass it is fantastic for kids. This is an ideal base to explore the many stunning Algarve beaches. There are 4 bedrooms, all with built in cupboard and 4 bathrooms. From any position in the garden and especially from the balconies there are lovely views into the evergreen valley. Accommodates a maximum of 8 adults + 2 children. The space The living room is spacious and sunny with fire place and satellite TV with sport and international channels in various languages. There is also uncapped high speed fibre. The living room includes a large L shaped couch and dining table and leads out to the terrace. There is a large 5x10m pool, with optional heating at an additional cost. Paved terrace with sunbeds, shower and BBQ surround the pool. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room and optional air-conditioning/heating in the bedrooms at an additional cost of 200 euros per week. The bedroom configuration is as follows Bedroom 1 Downstairs, king bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, patio. Bedroom 2 Downstairs kids bedroom/den with 2 day beds, that both have a pullout bed to accommodate 4 kids or 2 adults. Bedroom 3 Upstairs, 2 single beds, balcony Bedroom 4 Upstairs, double bed en-suite bathroom with shower, balcony There is an additional separate bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower and an additional separate bathroom with shower downstairs. We offer very reduced monthly rates for the winter. The monthly rates exclude cleaning, electricity and water costs. We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover any potential cancellation fees. Guest access The whole property will be for guests exclusive use. Other things to note - The pool heating is optional with additional charge of Euro 200 per week. - The air-conditoning/heating is optional with an additional cost of Euro 200 per week - Cleaning is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost. - Cleaning, electricity and water are not included in the discounted monthly rates. - we can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 kids.
