Be ready to entertain! You will walk into a large living room with comfortable oversized couches that recline. Enjoy watching all your TV programs on a 85 inch smart TV with sound-bar. ★ KITCHEN ★ You'll also enjoy an updated kitchen with dishes, cookware, wine glasses, blender, toaster, steam cooker and many pans. Keurig coffee maker with pods and tea kettle are provided. ★ DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM & BATHROOM ★ The bedroom downstairs has double door entry, with a full size bed, a convertible sofa and a twin size cot. You will find a lot of games and a 55 in TV w Roku. Across the way from the downstairs bedroom is the bathroom with a walk in shower. ★ USTAIRS BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ★ Upstairs there are three bedrooms and 2 other full bathrooms. Master has a king size bed with a 65 inch smart TV. Master bath has a large soaking tub, a seperate walk in shower and a walk in closet. The other two rooms upstairs have a queen size bed, both have a 55 inch smart TV. The second bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower. Plenty of closet space with hangers provided and dressers in every room. Comfortable beds, soft blankets, extra blankets in the room closets and plenty of seating. In total 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms! ★ IN DOOR LAUNDRY ★ Laundry room available with laundry detergents, ironing board, and iron. ★ PATIO ★ Walk out to a large relaxing yard and enjoy sitting in comfort in our Ashely outdoor seating area. Large back yard, lots of room for kids to play. Netflix is not provided, however, feel free to sign in under your account and sign out before you leave. EV charging is available with charging cost fee. Please let me know you will be charging vehicle prior to arrival. Ring Camera located at the front door, driveway and back yard. It will record sound & video 24/7 with motion activation during your stay. The video is recorded for security purposes and is only reviewed in the event of a complaint or suspicious activity. Guest access You have full and total access to our home during your stay, with exception to the garage and upstairs closet, cleaning materials and supplies are kept in both. There is NO PARKING INSIDETHE GARAGE, plenty of FREE driveway space and free street parking. EV Charger is inside the garage, please let me know if you plan to charge your vehicle. Other things to note There is a keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided before your stay.
