Licence: ETV/6374 The space Casa Poggibonsi al Mar - just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards. Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards. The house has an excellent infrastructure. On the ground floor you will find the open living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom are available on the first floor. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with access to the terrace. Both terrace and bedroom offer a fantastic view of the sea. The bedroom on the 1st floor has its own bathroom. All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. From the terrace an open staircase leads to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to Es Pontas and to Cala Santanyi and a nice view to the mountains. In the garden/ patio is the pool and sun terraces. A pass-through/sliding window opens the kitchen to the garden and the outside counter. There is a barbecue and gas stove, so it is easy to open the summer kitchen. A large outdoor dining area is available. There is also a partial sea view from the garden/patio. What is special about Casa Poggibonsi is not only the wonderful sea view. At about 50 meters from the entrance of the house is a staircase from which you can reach a bathing place (rock plateau) in Cala Llombards via 80 steps. There are bathing ladders in the bathing season. The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards, where there is a chiringito, can be reached after a 3 to 5 minute walk. In Cala Llombards there are sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. The southeast of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and coves. Here the life is original but due to the well organized infrastructure the stay in the area of Santanyi is very pleasant. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the village, children's playgrounds, football field and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is very well known and popular island wide. A pool with a salt system does this job with salt! The chloride from the salt causes the destruction of bacteria, viruses, algae and other organic materials. The light salt content in the water is beneficial to the skin - especially for people with chlorine sensitivities. The salt content is reduced to a minimum and cannot be compared with sea water, which has a much higher salt concentration! The advantages for your bathing fun: - crystal clear, silky water - no use of chlorine or bromine - therefore no wasps are attracted - no skin irritations - no reddened eyes Guest access The house and the terraces/ patio with the pool is completly for you and your family. Other things to note - this house is not a party house, no youth groups - no pets allowed - on arrival the final cleaning fee of € 280,- is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaning crew - a damage deposit of € 500,- is also required, which must be paid as an individual bank transfer. You will usually receive a refund on departure. The damage deposit will be transferred in full to your account after the accommodation has been checked and no damage has been found. - Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: €2/person/day in high season, €1 in low season - Electricity consumption will be read on the day of departure: currently 0.30 €/ kwh to be paid in cash. - The check-out time will be discussed upon arrival. - If the check-in has to take place after 19:30 h, a service fee of 35,- € extra cash will be charged on arrival. - We cannot negotiate or discuss the rental price.
