There are many astonishing villas in this area, but what truly sets us apart is the exceptional service provided by our staff. They are always willing to assist you in any way they can. We are also one of the few Airbnbs in Batangas equipped with a backup power generator, so your vacation won’t be interrupted by power outages. This is the Main House of TJM Tropical Resort, accommodating up to 20 persons overnight. We provide 2 towels per guest in case anyone forgets theirs. Toiletries are available for purchase at the resort reception. Fiber internet is available, offering speeds between 35 - 100 Mbps. Only one room, the master’s bedroom, is air-conditioned. Another room features an open-spaced mezzanine. Daybeds with pull-out beds are counted as two single beds. The initial rate covers 18 guests, with an additional 2 guests free of charge (they will need to share beds) — a total of 20 guests. We have onsite staff available to assist you throughout your stay. You may consume these fruits for FREE, provided that you consume it during your stay. If you want to take out some fruits, the price will be subject to the prevailing market prices. The fruits are subject to availability. Other things to note We welcome pets at the villa, but kindly ensure they are properly contained and have their own designated pet beds. For hygiene and allergy concerns, pets are not allowed to sleep on guest beds or furniture. Additionally, pets are not permitted in or around the pool area for everyone's safety. We prioritize the cleanliness of the space and the well-being of all guests and staff. These guidelines are in place as precautionary measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
