The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cornimont, this charming apartment of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accommodate to 8 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you ! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a functional pellet stove - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Room 1, 2 and 3 : a double bed (140x190) - Room 4 : a double bed (140x190) + a bunk bed and a TV - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A garden of 150 m², not closed, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free wifi available (fiber optic). - The stove is functional, the pellet is not provided. - Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify when booking. - Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Price : 60€ for beds, regardless of number. 2€ per towel. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
