The house works especially well for peaceful family stays, wellness weekends, creative retreats, workshops, coaching sessions and business offsites. The large dining table is ideal for shared meals, planning sessions and long conversations. Fast WiFi supports video calls and remote work, while the living spaces give groups room to gather without feeling crowded. Outside, the private garden offers space for fresh air, quiet conversation and simple outdoor meals. Guests can enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi as part of a restful wellness experience. The willow dome, garden seating and countryside setting make it easy to step away from the pace of daily life. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Boretti oven and stove, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, pots and pans, rice cooker, blender, dishwasher, plates, glasses and cooking basics. Bathrooms are supplied with essentials such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and a hair dryer. Please note: this is a quiet retreat-style property, not a party house. We welcome guests who value rest, nature, good conversations and respect for the neighbours. Guest access Guests have access to the farmhouse, garden, outdoor seating areas, sauna, jacuzzi and the living and dining spaces included with this booking. Fast WiFi of up to 521 Mbps makes the house suitable for remote work, video calls and focused team sessions. Free parking is available on the premises for up to 3 vehicles. Additional free public parking is available nearby if your group arrives with more cars. A bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the house on weekdays, with a quick connection to Breukelen train station and onward trains to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Self check-in is available after 4:00 PM via lockbox. When possible, one of us will also be nearby to welcome you. Other things to note - This is a quiet retreat-style property in a peaceful rural setting. It is not suitable for parties, bachelor or bachelorette weekends, loud drinking groups or amplified outdoor music. - BoHo is an estate with two houses and a small community living on the land. When you book the farmhouse, the farmhouse itself is private for your group, including its wellness area, sauna, jacuzzi, garden and private outdoor space. - The neighbouring Summerhouse may also be rented separately. You may occasionally see other guests, or us and people from our small BoHo community, around the general grounds or driveway. We live here in a warm, informal and mindful way, and we always respect your privacy. We do not enter or use the private spaces belonging to your house. - If you would like full exclusivity of the whole estate, both houses need to be booked together. - Please keep outdoor noise low, especially in the evening and at night. We care about our neighbours and the calm atmosphere on the property. - The farmhouse is a 160-year-old monument. Some doors are lower than modern standards and the stairs and passages require extra care. - Please bring slippers and a bathrobe if you would like to use the sauna and jacuzzi. - There are 3 parking spaces in front of the Brown House. Please keep the entrance gate and the space in front of the White House clear. If your group has more than 3 cars, free parking is available nearby on Nijverheidsweg, the third street to the right after the Portengense Brug. - Some bathrooms have an old-fashioned look, but they are always kept clean and tidy. Because sound carries easily in the countryside and we care deeply about our neighbours, we use a Minut noise monitor in the house. It does not record conversations or audio. It simply gives a gentle sound/light signal when the volume is getting too high, so guests can adjust before it becomes a problem.
