The master bedroom has a giant deluxe king size bed (so comfy) and the other bedroom has two deluxe full beds. Both rooms with closet, dressers, nightstands and hooks to hang clothes. One bathroom with large shower. A new addition - custom Mexican built dining table with custom fabric chairs. This unit can comfortably sleep 6. We have a large round leather couch that comfortable sits many, reclines with cup holders and electronic device plug in/charging station...so comfy for watching Netflix with the family! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make beautiful meals. Blender, coffee maker provided. We provide purified water. Our roof top deck has a built in BBQ with sink /running water and a mini fridge! Also a hammock, custom L shaped couch, dining table with 6 bar stools (perfect height to see the waves while you dine!) with sun umbrella for awesome dinner, and fireplace. We have also installed a Carbon Monoxide detector, not common in Mexico but we wanted to ensure our family, friends and guest are safe in our unit. We provide: Beach & Bath towels / All linens / Large/Small Coolers / Beach Umbrella / Beach chairs /Hand soap/Drinking water When you book I will send you our home guide with more fun details about our condo, amazing restaurants, and the area and complex map. Also when you arrive our property manager will meet you to check you in. currently covid protocols are in place (must do temperature check at arrival (bring thermometer) and pic of license plate number required. Prior to arrival, door code will be sent to you via email. Guest access Entire condo is for guest to use. Other things to note Condo is equipped with 50 inches Samsung Smart TV - Netflix passcode is 1999. Wifi name BajaCasa; Wifi passcode MrJake#3dog. Amazon prime ready if you have an account. Also we have Bluetooth speaker-please handle with care AND do not take off premises. We have great wifi for Baja Mexico. It’s rare we have had issues with connection but if it does occur please notify me right away and I’ll trouble shoot with wifi company. As backup while we troubleshoot, please check out local businesses that have wifi..I’ll send you recommendations.
