Welcome to The Lakes Old Forge, a luxury cottage colony in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. If you are looking to indulge in swimming, hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, skiing or just simply relaxing, you have come to the right place! Our waterfront oasis offers upscale accommodations in the most beautiful setting! Excellent Wi-Fi included! The space "Cottage 7h Lake" is a waterfront, two-bedroom cottage that sleeps maximum 5 people and is pet friendly! The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The smaller bedroom has a twin over full built-in, custom bunk bed. This rustically elegant cottage boasts beautiful pine throughout, cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace (gas), heat and AC, concept kitchen/living room, and a full bath with shower. Eat-in, modern kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cups and plates, utensils and serving dishes, just to name a few! It is furnished with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave) coffee pot (drip) and a toaster. Rustic, Adirondack style decor completes the look of this charming and comfortable cabin. Outside you will find a charcoal grill, fire pit surrounded by Adirondack style chairs and a picnic table (outdoor furniture is put away with first snow). In addition, there are two shared, large decks overlooking the channel for our guests to enjoy. The views are stunning! During the day relax and sunbathe on our lounging deck and star gaze at night! Grill outside and enjoy your meal on our dining deck. It has plenty of chairs and tables! There are also kayaks, SUP and canoes for our registered guests to enjoy. Life vests (adult, youth and child sizes) are also provided. First come first serve basis. Safety swim form and a waiver must be signed and submitted to us by email. BOAT RENTAL (for registered gusts only) available on site - 20' pontoon boat or 17' bowrider. Full day/half day. Inquire for details. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter availability! Guest access Access code and detailed check in and check out instructions are provided a day before arrival. Other things to note Swim safety form and Waiver for kayaks, SUP and canoes needs to be signed prior to check in and submitted by email. Small bathing beach onsite. No lifeguard on duty. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO INDICATED IF THEY ARE BRINGING ANY PETS. Pets are allowed. Pet policy (pet addendum) has to be signed by pet owner prior to arrival. $100 pet fee (p/pet) applies. Maximum 2 dogs. Docking space limited and available by reservation ONLY! $50 p/day docking fee applies and will be added as an extra fee. Firewood available on the property. $5 bundles.
