Charming house 1 hour from Paris with private pool

Our house is located in a small village close to Maintenon, close to Chartres and Paris. You will appreciate it for the comfort and peaceful atmosphere that reigns there and enjoy its view of the countryside, the garden and its outdoor pool. The house is next to several equestrian centers, the Maintenon golf course and its Château, the Rambouillet forest, a tree climbing course... There is Wi-Fi. Guests can park the car in the inner courtyard, secured by a gate. The space Stopover to the Loire Castles, close to Rambouillet (15 min), Chartres (25 min) and Paris (1 hour by car and direct train from Epernon in 45 min), in a green and quiet setting, this renovated old 1900s inn invites you to relax. The house is very nice, in the middle of the greenery. The living room overlooks the garden. The kitchen is equipped. You will enjoy two nice bedrooms upstairs, quiet, overlooking the garden, one equipped with a comfortable double bed, a desk and a trundle bed (2 single beds) and the other with two single beds and a desk, each overlooking the garden. You will have your own bathroom with its large Italian shower overlooking the garden and separate toilet. There is also a very nice bedroom on the ground floor in an outbuilding adjoining the house, overlooking the garden, with king size bed, bathroom and private toilet. Our swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) is at your disposal from May to September. It is secured by an alarm if needed. Be careful to respect the neighbors and avoid noise pollution. Our cat stays in the garden. He sleeps in his hut outside. Just make sure he has something to drink and that he's okay.
