Charming house 1 hour from Paris with private pool

Our house is located in a small village near Maintenon, close to Chartres and Paris. You'll appreciate its comfort and peaceful atmosphere, and enjoy its views of the countryside, the garden, and the outdoor swimming pool. The house is near several equestrian centers, the Maintenon golf course and its castle, the Rambouillet forest, a treetop adventure park, and more. Wi-Fi is available. You can park your car in the inner courtyard, which is secured by a gate. The space A perfect stopover on the way to the Loire Valley châteaux, near Rambouillet (15 minutes), Chartres (25 minutes), and Paris (1 hour by car and a 45-minute direct train from Epernon), this renovated 1900s inn offers a peaceful, verdant setting and invites you to relax. The house is very pleasant, nestled amidst greenery. The living room opens onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy three lovely, quiet bedrooms, two upstairs, both overlooking the garden. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a desk, and a pull-out bed (two single beds), while the other has two single beds and a desk, both also overlooking the garden. You will have your own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower overlooking the garden and a separate toilet. There is also a very attractive bedroom on the ground floor, also opening onto the garden, with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and toilet. Our swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) is available from May to September. It is equipped with an alarm for safety.
