Charming house 1 hour from Paris with private pool

Our house is located in a small village near Maintenon, near Chartres and Paris. You will appreciate it for the comfort and peaceful atmosphere that reigns there and enjoy its view of the countryside, the garden and its outdoor swimming pool. The house is next to several equestrian centers, the golf of Maintenon and its Castle, the forest of Rambouillet, a tree trough... There is WiFi. You can park the car in the inner courtyard, secured by a gate. The space Step towards the castles of the Loire, near Rambouillet (15 minutes), Chartres (25 minutes) and Paris (1 hour by car and direct train from Epernon in 45 minutes), in a green and quiet setting, this old 1900 renovated inn invites you to relax. The house is very nice, surrounded by greenery. The living room overlooks the garden. Kitchen is stocked. You will enjoy two pretty bedrooms upstairs, quiet, garden view, one equipped with a comfortable double bed, desk and pull-out bed (2 single beds) and the other with two single beds and desk, each overlooking the garden. You will have your own bathroom with its large Italian shower overlooking the garden and independent toilets. There is also a very nice bedroom on the ground floor in an adjoining outbuilding to the house, overlooking the garden, with king size bed, bathroom and private toilet. Our swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) is at your disposal from May to September . It is secured by an alarm if needed. Be careful to respect the neighbors and avoid noise pollution. Our cat stays in the garden. He sleeps in his cabin outside. Just make sure he has to drink and that he goes well.
