Halfway between NY and Chicago, 1 hr to PGH or CLE

Located in the charming working-class Neighborhood of Brownlee Woods, it’s located 8 minutes from both Youngstown State University and Boardman shopping. If you are looking to explore Pittsburgh or Cleveland, there are both within an hour’s drive. We’ve worked hard to create a relaxing place for you to unwind. We hope you’ll come to stay! The space The whole house is yours to enjoy! Four bedrooms upstairs are carpeted with brand-new carpet and furnished to make you feel welcome. A pack-and-play is available, as is an air mattress to place wherever you need it. The bathroom is located on the second floor, and features a claw foot soaking tub that is sanitized and ready to you to relax (Epsom salts included!). The shower is above the tub, and we take care to machine wash and bleach the shower curtain liner every time the house is rented. On the first floor, a full kitchen is ready for you to cook, but we’ll have a few snacks ready for you on arrival. There is a Keurig with a nice assortment of coffee and tea pods, creamers and sugar/sugar substitutes. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, detergent and dryer sheets are provided. There is a clothesline and clothespins if you prefer to hang dry. There is a full bathroom in the basement with shower. **It is primitive** , but clean. Outside there is a front and back entrance, with a full front porch. The driveway can accommodate 3-5 cars and there is free street parking. There are cameras on the porches, but no cameras inside the house.
