Charming & Cozy, Quick to Hiking and Restaurants

Comfortable and quiet location but not too far from town. Great South Anchorage places to eat, hiking nearby - Flat Top is a great hike to see the entire City and Inlet. Anchorage Golf Course within 10 minutes, Anchorage Zoo, or head down to Girdwood or Seward or Kenai Peninsula. Location is very close to Seward Highway. Less than 10 miles from all area hospitals. Feel free to send inquiry if any questions or if looking for something specific. The space Guest has sole use of bedroom and private bathroom. Bathroom is an oversized shower, there is no tub. Guest bedroom is upstairs on the back side of Townhouse facing the mountains, so you will need to be able to use the stairs on a daily basis. Bed is a comfortable queen size bed with high count soft sheets. Plush towels, hairdryer, provided for your traveling comfort. Other areas of home are shared with Owner. Smart Television provided in bedroom with access to your Subscriptions. This is a no cable home. Netflix, Amazon Prime and others - available on Living Room TV that you are welcome to watch. However, if you rent any movies, will need to settle the charges each week. Only registered guests, i.e no overnight guests without prior request. Available for long-term guests of over 30 days -two nights of visiting friend or family member at no extra charge. Please provide advance notice. This is a no smoking, drug free home. No smoking allowed in or near the home. No drugs in any form, even if legal in the State of Alaska. Guest access Guest has access to fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining area. Traeger grill on deck. During your stay I work from home so am around most of the week days, but am in and out after work hours, and on weekends. I can easily be reached by text, phone, and respond quickly to answer any questions or help with anything needed. Other things to note I sometimes have Grandchildren visit; they are seasoned Airbnb hosts and well-behaved. I also have a two and a half year-old Golden Retriever. She is also generally well-behaved. :) She is a very light shedder and I vacuum regularly, but please take note if you are allergic.
