Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation. We want you to know that we are following "Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol" and "Cleaning guidelines" to make sure our space is safe and clean before you come. Guest access Full house, all exterior spaces - terrace, atrium, outdoors grill and garden area. Other things to note Perfect for artistic inspiration, writing, reading or just resting. You will enjoy privacy within the stone walls. It has plenty of space on the porch and stone garden. The local grocery store is in vicinity, less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Novigrad is a small fishermen town and everything is in walking distance from the house.
