Vida Bajo Cero is a modern and inviting luxury beachfront property that offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our spacious modern accommodations provide you with comfort and relaxation during your stay. Caretakers present with separate home on property. Identity verification is required. You will be asked to provide details on your intention for use of our property. We will not message or book off of airbnb. We do not allow tours of the house before or after booking. The space XL Open concept living with all glass front leading to 3 terraces, one on each level. AC in bedrooms. Pool area with 6 chaise lounges. 3 Terraces. Main level terrace has 12 captains chairs for ocean/people watching. Modern kitchen. Large dining area, seats 8-10. Kitchen Island seats 4. Outdoor high top seats 4. 5 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. VBC can sleep 10 in primary beds: 1 full bottom bunk (small room), 3 queen, 1 king. Extra Beds: 2 twin trundles, 1 twin bunk, 1 xs twin bunk and 1 twin swing bed in master. 8 adults sleep comfortably in the 4 main bedrooms. A small 5th bedroom hosts a triple bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and 2 twins above, the center twin is very small. 2 of the queen rooms have 1 twin trundle each. The master hosts a king bed and a twin size swing bed. The suggested maximum number of guests in the accommodation is 12. We will ask about your group and reason for trip. Bike use constitutes you guarantee responsibility for its safe keeping. It must be replaced if damaged or stolen. - beach chairs and umbrellas are available at $2 each or $5 for 3 with 1 umbrella per half day, with use until high tide, paid to Jose before use.
