Main level terrace has 12 captains chairs for ocean/people watching. Modern kitchen. Large dining area, seats 8-10. Kitchen Island seats 4. Outdoor high top seats 4. 5 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. VBC can sleep 15 in beds: 1 full bottom bunk (small room), 3 queen, 1 king. Extra Beds: 2 twin trundles, 3 twin bunk. Not included in count: 1 xs twin bunk and 1 twin swing bed in master. 8 adults sleep comfortably in the 4 main bedrooms. A small 5th bedroom hosts a triple bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and 2 twins above, the center twin is very small. 2 of the rooms have 1 twin trundle each and 1 has 2 twins beds of the bunk. The master hosts a king bed and a twin size swing bed. The suggested maximum number of guests in the accommodation is 12-15. We will ask about your group and reason for trip. Other things to note BEDROOMS: We prepare bedrooms based on number of guests in reservation. Please note that we kindly ask you **not to remove the sheets from the bed** and to **keep the pillows and towels in the room**.
