In the green between Trastevere and St. Peter's apartment

Our apartment has been recently renovated with love and attention to detail. In an historic building of the early '900 overlooking one of the most beautiful streets of Rome of one of the most elegant and green areas of the city, enjoys tranquility with all services. Private parking at 200mt (by reservation require costs). Pets are accepted upon deposit and 100€ additional per stay per each. The space Attention to detail, every comfort, greenery and tranquility 10 minutes walk from Trastevere and a short walk from public transport (opposite the bus terminal of 75) and 10' walk from Viale Trastevere (all means and tram/bus 8 to Piazza Venezia in 20' ). A few minutes walk there is also the Quattro Venti station that will take you to San Pietro in one stop. Guest access Two bedrooms each with TV, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. One of the two rooms has a comfortable sofa bed in addition to the double bed. Living room and kitchen with microwave, toaster, nespresso, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Other things to note Private secure parking at 200mt We ask you to notify us of any confirmation. Cost on request according to the period. Upon arrival we will ask you for a credit card for guarantee (200,00€). The amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage has been found. Please get in touch with us on THE DAY BEFORE your arrival in order to give us the details of YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. Any question regarding the CLEANING of the apartment must be expressed at the time of your arrival and in any case by the day of check-in. We will then have the opportunity to check and, if appropriate, to take prompt action. In this last case, for correctness, please be present at the cleaning and see for yourself the result of the work done. We take care of you and count that you will have the same care for the house during your stay. We ask you to leave the house in good condition. NEVER LEAVE THE KEYS attached to the door: you could close irremediably outside the house. In this case, the fire brigade shall be responsible to the guest.
