Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. First floor - 1 bedroom - king bed with en-suite, smart TV. 2 bedroom super-king bed, smart TV. 3 bedroom - king bed, smart TV and a roof terrace overlooking the garden. 4 bedroom- 2 single beds. Shower room with a walk-in shower, main bathroom with a bath and WC. Second floor - 5 bedroom - king bed, en-suite, smart TV. 6 bedroom - king bed, en-suite, smart TV. OUTSIDE Space: Decking area with table and chairs, accessible directly from the kitchen, lawned area with a stream at the bottom of the garden - which is very much loved by kids and dogs. Unfenced stream - at the bottom of the garden - please can all children and pets be supervised at all times. Noise policy - due to the quiet location, we kindly ask for late-night noise to be confined to inside the house by 10 pm as neighbours are in close proximity. Please respect this.
