My house is your house, home away from home. The Pretoria Lion Mansion is the result of love and passion for Africa. Located in Monument Park, totally renovated with modern architecture still keeping the original and traditional look. Ideal for the whole family or groups. The spacious garden is full of plants and big trees, you can enjoy the nature while in the city. There is braai and fire pit with swimming pool and outdoor furniture. The space The Pretoria Lion Mansion is located in Monument Park area in a high residential area, it consists of Three self-catering Units with private entrance. Two Units are those that I happily rent to guests that actually become friends. All units have fully kitted kitchen and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The 2 Units have a total of 5 bedrooms and it's ideal for families, groups or couples alike. 2 sleeping couches are also awailable to accommodate a total of 12 people. The two units can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and comprise 5 bedrooms, each unit with open-plan kitchen and living area with with dining table couches and Smart TV. Each Unit is provided with fireplace also to add moments of romance to your stay. All beds are also provided with electric blankets. The Unit2 consists of 2 bedrooms, the outdoor stairs will bring you to the entrance door which will open on the open space that includes launge with big couch and smartTV, a 6 people dining table and will join the open kitchen space. The first bedroom if provided with king-size bed, walking-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom fitted with a bat-tub, walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. The Unit3 is a 2 stories house and consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms. The entrance door is located at parking level and on ground floor is located the open-plan kitchen with dining table, living area with L shape couch and smart TV. Here on the ground floor is located the first kind-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, toilette and washbasin. Moden open stairs bring you to the upstais area with pijama lounge, leather couch, comfy sofas, bookshelf and another smart TV. Here you find the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with bath-tub, toilette, washbasin and walk-in shower. The other bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with toilette, washbasin and walk-inshower. Both kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering and have a gas stove, gas oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher for guests to use. Free internet fiber with Wi-Fi is complementary. Both Units have their own garden and patio with braai, additional to the main garden and swimming pool with main braai area. 6 cars secure parking is located in the property behind a remote controlled main gate. The local area offers a variety of activities and attractions such as the Groenkloof Nature Reserve as well as restaurants and recently built Castle Gate shopping centre. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole property space included garden, pool and braai area. No big events and loud music allowed. However you are more than welcome to gather around the pool to swimm and have a lekker braai. The neighbourhood is a high residential area, easy access to the highway, however far from the noise. 2 big malls close by, 5 stars gym 2 blocks away. Continental Fast Foods and street food available near by. Private parking is included on site within the property and free. Other things to note Daily cleaning included Monday to Friday. Private chef available and arranged on request at extra cost. Cooking Class can be arranged. Spa on site for massage, and services can be arranged. Private Shuttle from and to Airport, Safari Game Drive, One-Multi Day Horseback Safari and any other activity can be arranged.
