Our properties are registered with Visit England and are regularly inspected. Hill View House, Rushall,Herefordshire is 5* Gold rated. We do allow a well behaved dog to stay, max2, however we make a small charge of £50 per dog per stay at the house and £30 in the cottage. We strongly encourage guests to get travel insurance. We can provide a stair gate, a high chair, travel cot, shower chair and toilet seat riser free of charge. Hot tub hire is available form our local company. Hill View House is luxurious property, that has been finished to a very high standard. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms have super king size beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a TV in each bedroom. The house has an advantage of a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite wet room. This bedroom is perfect for people who find stairs difficult. The kitchen and dining area is open plan, divided from the seating area by a built in, gas fire place. There is a separate snug room. The kitchen is spacious and light with two fridges, chiller, electric hobs and ovens. There is a built in Sonos System in the kitchen. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer by the entrance. The property has EV charger. Next to Hill View House , there is our other property, Stone Cottage, sleeps2. Stone Cottage sleeps 2, is a refurbished and modernised cottage with original features. It has one open plan mezzanine bedroom and large en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Stone Cottage in situated next to Hill View House but each house has its own private garden. Both houses can be rented together or separately. This is the perfect place for couples to escape. There is a garden and garden furniture for our guests to enjoy the countryside.
