Guest access Guests have access to all upstairs and downstairs 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a laundry room and a front and backyard. **Oasis Room access if this Exclusive Experience is reserved 72 hrs in advance for LAST Minute bookings, or same day when reservation is made/secured. Oasis Room Fees: $145 for 2 to 4 day stay $235 for 5 to 6 day stay $185 for 7 day stay (Limited Time Special Offer) Other things to note (1) Pet policy: 1 pet per stay, must be potty trained, $65 for large dog, $35 small dog, $50 for a cat (both have a $100 refundable deposit, cat must travel with their own kitty litter container) (2) Upstairs/Main floor Reservations have access to the entire upstairs and patio deck/back yard. There is NO access to the downstairs part of the house for UPSTAIRS booking (no other guests will be downstairs for upstairs bookings) (3) Additional Oasis Room for guest who book that experience ($135 for duration of stay $145 2 to 4 day stay, to be reserved 72 hrs in advance or at time of booking the home).
