Kitchen & Dining: • Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances • Large island with seating for four • All essential cooking utensils and dishware • Dining table that seats six • Dedicated workspace for remote work or study Bedrooms & Bathrooms: • Four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV with Netflix. • Three of the four bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms. • Each bedroom includes a closet and extra pillows and blankets for a restful night's sleep. Outdoor Living: Your private outdoor oasis awaits. - Upstairs Deck: An expansive, bay-facing deck featuring comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor sofa, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. - Ground-Level Patio: A shaded area with another picnic table, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a volleyball net for friendly competition. Your access includes: • The entire home, including all living areas and bedrooms • A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room • All private outdoor spaces, including the upstairs deck and ground-level patio • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house • Convenient, free on-site parking directly in front of the home Other things to note * Water System: Our home uses a private well with a full filtration and chlorination system. The water is safe for showers, cleaning, and general use. However, we do not advertise it as potable, so we recommend guests bring bottled water for drinking and cooking. * Family-Friendly: We welcome families! A Pack ‘n Play, children's dinnerware, and board games are provided for your convenience. * Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Please inquire about our pet policy and any associated fees before booking. * Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. They are located on the exterior of the home and do not monitor any interior spaces.
