The Bay Loft - A peaceful loft in St. Albans Bay

Feel as though you are living in the treetops in this unique and cozy loft space. Come to "The Bay Loft" to take a quiet break from the hustle and bustle. Whether you are traveling through or visiting, this is a convenient location to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking in or walk to the nearby restaurant at the Bay. The Bay Park with sunset views over Lake Champlain is also just a quick walk away. This lovely, tranquil space will provide you with quiet comfort. The space This cozy loft is located on a quiet street in a neighborhood, a short walk away from St. Albans Bay park on Lake Champlain. The driveway can hold a truck and trailer/boat easily. The yard has plenty of green space and there is a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs for guest use. The loft is located upstairs and has an open concept kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom and bathroom. A level 2 charger is available for your EV. There is no smoking or vaping whatsoever allowed inside the house. This includes marijuana. Additional cleaning charges will be applied at checkout if there is a violation of this rule. Guest access The loft is upstairs and you have that space to yourself including the back yard directly behind the house and fire pit. The downstairs is used only for storage and is not accessible by guests. The other half of the yard by the second driveway may have an RV in the summer. That part of the yard is for the RV guests’ use. Other things to note The loft is in the back of the building. Parking is off street and right next to the home. There is a security camera outside above the door of the loft that points towards the door, down the stairs and into the driveway. There is also a camera at the front door facing towards the driveway. A third camera points towards the second driveway. They are on at all times and record video and audio.
