Raw earth house in Brocéliande

The space The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor, a living room of 30m2 with - kitchenette with oven, induction plate, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster..., - a living area with a bench seat offering the possibility of sleeping 160x200, books and board games, wood burning stove and pellet stove. Upstairs: - bathroom with toilet, - a first space dedicated to the office area and a bench seat, separating the bedroom area, - a bedroom on the mezzanine with a king size bed or two twin beds 90 x 200, The washing machine and freezer can be found in the laundry room common to the lodges. Baby bed, bathtub, high chair, stair gate, etc... available. Toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, garbage bags, are also provided for a start of stay. Extra charge for bed linen (organic cotton) of 5 euros per person and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, one towel, one shower sheet) per person. Brand new bedding. Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 30 euros per stay. Pellet stove heating or wood burning stove and electric convector heaters. In the price is included half a bag of pellets per day, and 8 Kwh per day. The extra bag of pellets is charged 10 euros. The extra Kwh is charged 0.17 euros, depending on the house meter.
