Outdoor seating areas with hammocks and a grill for cooking. Screened private gazebo. Lots of storage, closet space, drawers, full kitchen, dining table and utensils (plates, glasses, silverwear), heating and air-conditioning. Area-artist paintings/drawings on display. 2nd bedroom is in a loft accessed via ladder. Nice, with queen bed. Plenty of onsite parking. Guest access Hiking, lake and beach, kayaks, skiing, biking, nightlife Other things to note Please Note: the 2nd bedroom is a separately accessed loft space that overlooks the main living space, so although the 2 bedrooms are separate from one another, they are not completely private in terms of noise as the loft overlooks the larger living and sleeping space. Guests must be fully vaccinated for covid (shots and boosters). For stays beyond 1 week, additional cleaning charges may be applied depending on the guests needs and the space upkeep (such as bedding laundry, bathroom or kitchen cleaning, vacuuming if needed, etc), but not to exceed the standard $75 per week cleaning fee included in the first week quote ... please inquire if clarification is needed or if you have any questions.
