Tierra Surf (dog friendly) & 2 min walk to beach

This lovely recently updated cottage is about a half block from the quiet & beautiful Tierra del Mar beach. It has air conditioning, a washer/dryer and is dog friendly. Pacific City (surfers) is approx. 6 minutes away, and the shopping outlets are about 25 minutes south. The Blue Heron and Tillamook cheese factories are about 25 minutes north. The Dory boat charters, fishing, numerous hiking trails, and horse and camel rentals (seasonal) are all nearby. The space The cottage has three bedrooms, a living and dining room, breakfast nook, bar, laundry room, and sitting areas. It also has a wood stove, deck, outside eating area, and fire pit. We recently installed a mini-split for air conditioning and additional heat. Guest access All unlocked areas are for your use. Other things to note Cell coverage is intermittent so it is advisable to have the WIFI calling feature turned on your cell. There are land lines also available for calls anywhere in the continental USA.
