The villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the generous shaded outdoor spaces and the heated swimming pool with hydromassage The space Inside Villa Kòsmos we find a large and bright open space living room with pool view and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a queen-size bed, two complete bathrooms with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating with heat pump. Outside we find a large garden furnished with comfortable automatic shading pergolas that surround the villa to enjoy the outdoor spaces in any weather condition, with tables and barbecues for outdoor dining and outdoor lounges for outdoor relaxation. The pergolas, equipped with a LED lighting system, make the outdoor spaces perfectly liveable even in the evening. There are also large solarium terraces, also excellent for an aperitif at sunset. The pool is equipped with a hydromassage system . The convenient parking spaces inside the property complete the outdoor spaces. The villa is equipped with a surveillance system with cameras exclusively in the external areas. Other things to note The check-in time is from 17:00 to 20:00, we kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. It is possible to check-in after 20:00 with a supplement of € 50 to be delivered upon your arrival. Upon arrival, guests' ID info will be sent to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law.
