The fully renovated apartment "Woody" is located in an apartment complex directly in the tourism community of St. Urban on the Urbansee. Beach only a few minutes walk away. Beautiful view of the lake. In the house there is a well-kept indoor swimming pool as well as a sauna and a youth games and table tennis room. 2 minutes walk to the town center (spar follow-up shop, bank, doctor with pharmacy, municipal administration, restaurant) . The space Apartment Woody is in the centre of Carinthia. In the aparment house you have the use of an indoor swimming pool with loungers, a sauna, a games room with a ping pong table. A locker for bikes and one for sking equipment as well as a laundry room with washing machines an driers. Apart from waking distance (5 minutes) to the lake Urban, Wörther See und Osiacher See are within 20 minutes drive. The skiing area Simonhöhe is 10 kilometres from the apartment. There are numerous bike and hiking trails leading direktly from the apartment into the picturesque surroundings. The Sparmarket, Bank, doctor and pharmacy are in short walking distance from the apartment. Guest access Guests can access all pulic space with the apartment key free of charge. The sauna has to be ordered in advance with the facility manager and can be used at a fee of € 6,00 for two persons and € 3,00 for every further person. Other things to note Tourist tax is € 2,10 per person and will be charged on arrival.
