Two Full Kitchens, two laundry rooms, two outdoor grills- one on the deck and one in the backyard. We offer fresh linens and toiletries, as well as complementary coffee/tea. Long terms stays are welcomed on a month to month basis. You will be required to show proof of renters insurance. The thermostat is locked on the 2nd floor and can be adjusted remotely if needed-just let us know. Remember, hot air rises. Make use of ceiling fans in the bedrooms during summer months to keep it cool. The lower level tends to be cooler, there is a space heater in the winter months for extra comfort. Extra Blankets, as well as linens for the sofa bed are stored underneath the sectional, on the longest side. Pulling up slowly from the front allows access to the storage space.
