Our stone house in the center of Ayvalık consists of two separate sections and has all the features of Greek architecture. Our house, which can easily accommodate two separate families or large groups, has been prepared to provide our guests with the comfort of a holiday. There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English. The space The first floor of our building, which has a historical background, is completely made of stone and has a smart TV in the living room and separate air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. When you go up our wooden stairs, you will be greeted by a workspace where you can work remotely. Right next to it is our dressing room and two half bedrooms. Our rooms in this section also have separate air conditioners. Upstairs, we have living rooms prepared in two different concepts. Both have smart TVs and air conditioning.
