NO SMOKING-NO PETS. The complex also offers in a common area bath and shower, Sauna, Pool table, W/D ($2 per load). The space The town of Girdwood is only a 15 minute walk from the Condo. There is a Post Office, Grocery, Coffee Shop, Yoga Studio, Playground and more! Perfect slope side location and Chair 3. Holiday rates (including Spring Break) are $300/night. 2 night minimum on non holidays. Christmas, New Years and Spring Break are a 4 night minimum. All other holiday weekends, 3 night minimum. Guest access Guests also have extra bathrooms, showers, sauna and game room accessible from back door of condo to common areas of the complex. Other things to note IMPORTANT Condo REQUESTS: No Smoking and No pets! Please park DIRECTLY in front of the condo along the walkway. If there is no space, there is overflow parking around back. The parking is VERY limited and you will get ticketed if you park in the wrong area. 1 parking pass is provided for each unit and must be visible in the front window of the car. Please return to guestbook before leaving. All parking is first come basis. There is no guest parking available at the complex. The TV is for streaming. You can access the TV with the Vizio remote. Pick a type of stream or smart TV option. If the TV will not come on, please reboot by removing the power cord to the TV and wifi router. Or contact us for assistance. This is a Pet Free Condo. No pets are allowed under any circumstance in the condo. To keep germs from the outside being tracked through the condo, please REMOVE all outside SHOES upon entering the condo. We have provided a shoe rack at the front door. Also, refrain from eating in the bedroom and on the couch. Limit eating to the kitchen area only. Drones are not allowed to be flown in or around the condo complex. Thanks!
