The flat has been cleverly designed to maximise space: a comfortable living room with sofa invites you to have a long chat with board games or relax with one of the books on the shelves, a small kitchenette and a stylish, modern bathroom with shower, the sleeping area is elevated and accessible via the stairs, you will have everything you need for a carefree stay in the city. A large private Terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, it is the perfect place for an espresso and a pastry in the morning before a day of sightseeing, or for a good glass of Italian wine in the evening before heading out to try one of the local trattorias. The kitchen is fully equipped, the flat has shutters, air conditioning, HD TV and WI-FI. The flat can comfortably accommodate 2 people and is located on the Ground Floor on the inner side of the building, so it is quiet and discreet. Rest assured though, it’s not a comment on the place, rather a reference to the presence of enormous furnaces in the area, which were in use up until the 1920s. It was the heart of metalworking, clay firing and brickmaking in Rome for centuries, and this instilled a vibrant working-class character to the neighbourhood, which endures today.
