Plenty of bath towels, and 13 beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, silverware, tools. Outdoor gas BBQ/Kitchen has refrigerator, margarita bar, double lobster boil burners, and utensils . Pool rafts available, with 1 adult, 2 youth, and 2 child life jackets. Pool is private and fenced, but accessible from the house. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. RENTERS MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGING RESPONSIBILITY. Property is completely private. Gated driveway. Other things to note The deer are quite abundant in the early morning and evenings for your viewing pleasure, from the outdoor pool and patio areas. Sometimes in the driveway.
