Relax and watch the fishing boats & sail boats come in & out of the harbor. View incredible sunsets from this magical beach every night over Anacapa & Santa Cruz Islands. The space Welcome to Jeanne & Ivo's special beach house and thank you for treating it like your own home. Our house is in a great location that you will fall in love with. The property is completely enclosed by a wooded fence with private gate & garage entrances. Once inside our private gate, there are two nice sitting areas; back area with BBQ and front area with outdoor hot/cold shower. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage. Beach Towels, beach chairs, 2 paddle boards, boogie boards, buckets/shovels and bikes are all available in the garage for your use. The best part of this house is that the front door opens into a huge common area great for family meals. Each of the 3 bedrooms and loft all open into this unique, welcoming, open space. There is one bathroom upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Guest access Entire home Other things to note There is a RING Camera between two flood lights above the entrance gate to the property. The motion sensor'd camera only captures images outside of the gate around the property. There are no other cameras on our property.
