The independent mansion x 12 person. The mansion is located on a lot with access control that only has 2 houses, my property and only one neighbor. It has a large kitchen, living room, dining room. Three bedrooms, with 4 full size beds and two queen size bed, with a 50' ft. private pool, 1/2 basketball and volleyball court, domino table, and Pin Pong table, air conditioners in the Three bedrooms. There is no central air conditioning in the bedrooms only. The space The pool of 50 feet, half is 9 feet, has trampoline and the other half is 5 feet. Side of the pool area 1 feet to place chair or small children who have chairs. The bedrooms have TV in each of the bedrooms. There is a gazebo for BBQ (Optional), freezer and field hockey table. Guest access The Mansion is complete PRIVATE. The Mansion is only rented upstairs where all the bedrooms and entertainment are, as the first floor is for storage, an interior patio and a bedroom that is not accessible to the guest. Other things to note If you have activities it is not included. But, it can be rented for outside person (Pool area and Gazebo) and party for $350. Pets are allowed, but must follow instructions and a $45.00 cleaning fee for special cleaning of animal hair for pets or animal.
